Terms of use

Use the script. Keep the promise yours.

These plain-language terms describe how the site can be used. By using Call Safety Guide, you agree to use its examples and tools responsibly and to adapt them to your own operations.

Informational guidance

The site offers general communication examples for routine business calls. It does not provide legal, medical, financial, emergency, or industry-regulatory advice. You are responsible for confirming that your message, callback promise, and business practices fit your location and circumstances.

Your business decisions

A generated script is a starting point. Do not promise a response time, emergency option, monitored inbox, price, or service area that your business cannot support. Review every script before recording or sending it.

Permitted use

You may customize and use the scripts for your own business communications. Republishing the site’s articles, collections, or branded method as your own content is not permitted without written authorization.

Call Safety Guide Research Data Terms v1

Version 1 · Effective: October 3, 2026

This limited permission applies only to our original compiled research results, measurements, calculated comparisons, and their organization in the following materials:

You may download the covered data to verify our published results, perform your own analysis, and quote limited portions of our result tables or measurements. Include attribution to Call Safety Guide, the lab title, and a direct link to the relevant research page. Identify your own calculations or changes; do not present them as our original results.

Redistribution of complete datasets or modified datasets and commercial repackaging require prior written authorization. No such authorization is granted here. These are limited custom terms, not a Creative Commons or other open license. Business use of greeting scripts remains governed by the separate permitted-use paragraph above.

Synthetic WAV audio, VTT caption files, and third-party assets are excluded. Permission to reuse those materials has not been established. We do not grant rights in third-party voices, software, models, documentation, or trademarks. Technical API documentation explains a process; it does not establish permission to redistribute voice recordings.

The JSON also contains original script inputs, machine-generated transcripts, tool and voice names, and audio/caption file paths for auditing the experiment. This is not a claim that all JSON text was independently authored or that we control all third-party rights. File links and references do not extend this permission to the referenced assets, and automatic transcripts are not given a separate blanket reuse license. These terms grant permission only for the covered result-data uses described above; no other rights are granted.

Questions about another use should go through our contact and corrections page. The published v1 conditions remain versioned here; any later permission changes will use a separately identified version.

No guaranteed outcome

We work to make the guidance clear and useful, but we do not guarantee call volume, bookings, sales, search rankings, or other business results. Site availability and content may change as the publication develops.

Future links may lead to services operated by others. Their terms and privacy practices apply on their sites. Commercial links will be disclosed under our advertising policy.
