Privacy

Collect less by design.

Call Safety Guide does not require an account. The script tools run in your browser and are designed not to submit business names, hours, or script choices to a Call Safety Guide database.

Current advertising status

AdSense ownership signals are installed; display ads are not yet active.

The publisher metadata and ads.txt file let Google verify the site. The advertising connection may load on editorial pages and selected browser tools used for site review. It does not load on this privacy notice, the terms, contact page, or advertising policy. No ad units or affiliate tracking links are currently placed on the site.

Live-line scorecard

ROUTE scorecard selections and notes remain in the current page until reset or refresh. Its CSV download is created on your device. These entries are not submitted to a Call Safety Guide database or included in analytics events. Do not include customer details in notes.

Information you enter

Generator fields are used to assemble the visible script on your device. Do not enter customer names, phone numbers, private addresses, or other personal information.

Optional usage measurement

Call Safety Guide uses a dedicated Google Analytics 4 property only after a visitor chooses “Allow analytics.” It measures page views and a limited set of fixed interaction labels—such as opening a tool, generating a draft, starting a recording, or choosing a download. Enhanced automatic measurement and Google advertising signals are disabled. The site does not send business names, hours, phone numbers, script text, recording audio, filenames, or copied content to Analytics.

Choosing “Continue without analytics” prevents the Analytics tag from loading. The choice is stored in the browser and can be reopened through the Privacy choices control. Google may process a consenting visitor’s requested page, device and browser information, IP-derived approximate location, and the allowed event labels under its own policies.

Email correspondence

If you email the editorial desk, the message may include your email address, message content, and any information you choose to send. It is used to review and respond to the request, document a correction when necessary, and protect the site from abuse. Do not send customer records or other sensitive information. Email is retained only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes or a legal obligation.

Technical hosting data

The hosting and security providers may process standard request information needed to deliver and protect the site, including IP address, browser and device information, requested URL, timestamps, and security signals. Call Safety Guide does not use this information to identify people who build scripts.

Google AdSense and cookies

Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to store or access information on a device, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and—only when permitted—personalize ads. Google may receive technical identifiers and activity information when its code loads. Learn how Google uses information from sites and apps in Google’s partner-sites notice and review Google’s advertising technologies.

Third-party advertising providers, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this website and other websites. Google and its partners may use that browsing history to personalize advertising. You can turn off personalized advertising through Google My Ad Center. Choices for participating third-party advertising providers are also available at AboutAds. If another advertising provider is added, this notice will name it, link to its privacy information, and explain available opt-out controls before its advertising code is enabled.

Consent choices

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland will receive a Google-certified consent message before relevant advertising uses begin. The message provides consent, refusal, and option-management choices. Where local law provides additional privacy choices, those controls will be presented by the active consent platform.

Clipboard, read-aloud, and microphone features

The Copy button writes the generated script to your clipboard only after you select it; the site does not read unrelated clipboard contents. Listen to script uses the speech service supplied by your browser or operating system after you press the button. Call Safety Guide does not store the script or generated audio. Voice processing behavior may depend on your browser, device, and installed voice service. The voicemail recorder requests microphone access only after you press Record. When Voice cleanup is enabled, it asks the browser to use supported noise suppression, echo cancellation, and automatic level controls. The captured audio remains in the current browser tab as a temporary playback link. The optional quality check measures duration, signal level, clipping, and edge silence on the device, and the WAV option creates a local format-conversion copy. Unless you choose to download a file, these copies remain temporary; cleanup, checking, conversion, and recording do not upload the audio to a Call Safety Guide server.

Retention and requests

Call Safety Guide does not retain generator entries in an owner-operated database. Hosting and Google data are retained under those providers’ policies and applicable settings. The correction and privacy-request process, including the current editorial email address, is described on the contact page.

Policy updates

This notice will be updated before a new analytics provider, ad format, affiliate tracker, form, account system, or server-side storage feature is enabled. Material changes will receive a new review date.
